Sikkim – The Land Of Secret Splendour


Sikkim is a small but beautiful state. It offers an incredible tour in East India, with spectacular tableau and beautiful surrounding. It is bordered by China, Nepal and Bhutan. The name of this state is derived from the words 'Su' and 'Him', which means beautiful home. Sikkim is again divided into four regions like East, West, North and South. Some of the famous towns of these four regions are:

  • Geyzing – capital of West Sikkim

The official and primary language of Sikkim is Nepali, whereas many other languages spoken here are Dzongkha, Tibetan and Hindi. Sikkim is a second smallest state in India, with a lest population. Kanchenjunga which is world's third highest peak, is located at Sikkim.
