Suburb Areas In Mumbai

Mumbai:-

Mumbai is a metro city and is a commercial and financial capital of India. Mumbai is a very big city and to get its easy look it is fragmented into multiple regions like South Mumbai, West Mumbai, Harbor Mumbai and many more such regions. Each of these regions houses many areas as below:
  • Central (Chembur, Ghatkoper, Mulund, Kurla, Powai)
  • Western (Andheri, Bandra, Borivali, Dahisar, Goregaon, Juhu, Malad
  • South (Colaba, Dadar, Fort Area, Kalbadevi, Nariman Point, Parel, Tardev, Worli
  • Around (Kalyan, Navi Mumbai, Raigarh, Thane)
  • Other (Airport, Bus Station, Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus, Kurla Junction, Mumbai Central)

Each of these regions has its own importance but some of them are more unique in its features. Almost all regions has multiple tourist attractions which attracts many travellers from all over India, which ultimately increases the demand for Hotels in Mumbai.

Central Mumbai:-

 

Central Mumbai is a more important place from education and entertainment point of view, as this region houses some of the best educational institutions in Mumbai in each and every stream and it also serves a best theater in Mumbai ‘Imax’ which is dome shaped and attracts many youngsters at weekend, government holidays and in vacations too. South Mumbai is the richest region of Mumbai, as Colaba in south Mumbai serves the biggest 5 Star Hotels in Mumbai and Dadar, Parel serves the best marketing areas. Parel in south Mumbai also houses highest number of mills in Mumbai some of which are now converted into restaurants and entertainment hubs. All such features of South Mumbai attract many travellers to Mumbai. 
 

Around Mumbai:-

 

This region serves the nearby areas of Mumbai which are also treated as a part of Mumbai. Navi Mumbai is a twin city of Mumbai, for the peoples who wish to stay in rush free and beautiful city like a hill station. It is a first city developed by CIDCO, and provides almost all facilities. Thane is a lake city situated nearby Mumbai, and has best commercial complexes. Many such cities are there nearby Mumbai which attracts number of travellers.

Other:-

 

Airport, Railway Stations and Bus stations come under other areas of Mumbai. These are the best transportation facilities of Mumbai which are well linked to all other destinations in and around Mumbai. Due to such facilities it becomes easier to go anywhere in and around Mumbai within a short span of time. CST of Mumbai is the biggest railway station in Maharashtra which has total 18 platforms. Mumbai also has both Domestic and International terminals of airport which is well developed and also has number of bus stations.

With all such features and facilities Mumbai becomes a best and metro city in Maharashtra which attracts number of migrants from all over the world.
